NOTICE OF ELECTION CANCELLATION - (9/1/2023)

Pursuant to O.C.G.A. §21-2-291 and § 21-2-325, notice is hereby given that The City of Madison General Election scheduled for November 7, 2023, is cancelled. The following candidates have qualified for office and are unopposed:

Carrie Peters-Reid – City Council District 1
Edward Latham – City Council District 3
Richard Blanton – City Council District 4

The above unopposed candidates shall be deemed to have voted for himself/herself.

NOTICE TO CITY OF MADISON VOTERS (6/27/2023)

The City of Madison City Council District lines have recently changed. We have updated all voters into the new city council district lines, and new precinct cards are in the process of being sent out. To confirm your city council district number, go to mvp.sos.ga.gov. Once logged in, click on “My Districts & Elected Officials.” You will see the city council district number under “Muni Ward.”
